This property is a large garden of 5000 m2 situated less than 150 meters from the sea with a villa and its dependence which are separated by the luxuriant vegetation and a large swimming pool of 12 m long and 5 m large where everybody meet to spend the whole day outside thanks to the different well equipped areas: a bar, an outside kitchen, two lunch areas and well sheltered showers. All has been conceived to allow different families to live comfortably in the outside. The main villa, for 6 people, has got a large sitting and dining room, a kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and a bathroom. The villa is air-conditioned (fresh air in summer and warm air in winter). It is surrounded by a large and shaded terrace equipped with garden furniture. The dependence, for 10 or 11 persons, has got 4 double bedrooms, one single room with a sofa-bed to accommodate a second person, one twin room, three bathrooms, two kitchens and several terraces equipped with garden furniture..
