Beautiful renovated and air conditionned flat ideally located on the Atlantic coast in the city of Arcachon. Very comfortable. A large balcony with garden piece of furniture to have lunch outside. Situated in L'Aiguillon a very busy and shopping area, this flat that faces the sea, is very peaceful. The view is clear on the beach and the yachting harbour. There is a private car park and a private access to the beach. Arcachon's beaches are perfect for a family with children but it's possible too, among many others excursions, to go to the Ocean Beaches in Le Cap Ferret. A "pinasse", typical boat of the Bassin d'Arcachon will take you there. Sure, you'll enjoy a pleasant 25 mn crossing. Don't forget also to climb up the famous Dune du Pyla , great panorama between forest, sand and ocean.
