There´s a Euro 250 cancellation fee if notification is received more than 60 days prior to the arrival date, if notification is received less than 60 days prior to the arrival day, the full confirmation deposit is forfeited. A security deposit of EURO 500 cash is required on arrival, this will be released to you on your last day subject to no damage. There´s a Euro 250 cancellation fee if notification is received more than 60 days prior to the arrival date. A rental agreement is necessary.
