When I recieved the first pictures in January we fell in love with this villa. As we arrived our dream really came true. After having traveled around Florida for 14 days we needed a place to feel comfortable. We found here, modern furniture, nice and tasteful decorations of the rooms, perfect furnished kitchen and bathrooms, and even the pool to cool down after a sunbath. But not only the villa itself was a good decision, the people who gave us the chance of being here were the BEST! Thanks for the heartly welcome and the groceries you put in the fridge!

We vacation in Cape Coral every year. This house was fantastic. Very clean and modern, felt like a home not a rental. Owner was very nice and accomadating to our needs. 20 minute ride to Sanibel Island close to stores and restaurants.Check out Areials New England Seafood small place but the food was awesome.
Would recommed this property to anyone who wants a great place to stay at a great price.
