Character house in the Périgord Pourpre overlooking the Dordogne valley. Green and relaxing landscape in a property on the outskirts of the village. Large shaded terraces. Hammocks and big benches under the trees. Fenced swimming pool. Charming single storey house with all modern comfort. ADSL Internet connection, printer, wireless connection, TNT and Hi-Fi stereo. Ideal for families and groups of friends. Excursions during the day to Sarlat and the prehistoric sites, or to the Arcachon bay and the Ocean. Region of grands crus (St Emilion-Pomerol and Monbazillac), fortified towns and castles. Weekly or long weekend rentals (out of very high and high season). Dogs accepted. Car is essential. Preparation of meals at your arrival or departure. Discount possible for rentals made in advance.

Region of vineyards and fruit-trees at the end of Perigord Pourpre and at the gates of Gironde. Beautiful view of Libourne and Bergerac (30km); Castillon-la-Bataille (Hundred Years' war) and Ste Foy la Grande (English fortified town) 10 km away, L'Entre Deux Mers is 30 km away (Duras and Malromé, Mauriac's property). Montcaret is known thanks to its Galo-Roman villa and mosaics. You need to have a car in order to visit the whole region.

For weekly rentals (high and very high season) arrivals on Saturday between 4 p.m and 6 p.m, departures on following Saturday at 10 a.m. For long weekend rentals (tariff for 3 days minimum), (out of season and school holidays) for those who need to be "green" or participate in the big demonstrations in Bordeaux (1 hour away).   • Damage deposit : 1130 €
  • Advance payment : 25% of the rental price.
  • 25 percent of the total amount is required. Balance is to be paid one month before your arrival. Possibility to rent sheets. The end of stay cleaning is not included in the rental rates. No additional charges, tourist tax is included in the rental rates. For 10 people maximum. Possibility to camp. In general we accept weekly rentals but you also have the possibility (out of season and school holidays) to rent for long weekends (minimum 3 days) and in that case sheets and cleaning are included in the tariffs. During your stay, you have the option of a maid service (cleaning, ironing and preparation of meals). Possibility to have a meal made for your arrival or departure at a very affordable price (wine and coffee included). Security deposit at your arrival for the house and the general cleanliness, refunded after the end of your stay. Animals accepted. No enclosed property in a field of several hectares. Possible intervention of the janitor for every problem faced.
