Very old Bastide renovated with care set behind a vineyard with good views, 1 hectare of land, no overlooking, quiet, charm and character. Perfectly equipped, large sitting room ,TV room, large update kitchen , large terrace under the shade for outside eating under the plane tree. Superb pool sized 12 m x 6 m .4 km far from the village center.

Cotignac is a medieval village nestling at the foot of a huge limestone cliff in the heart of Provence. Two Saracen towers dominate the cliff top overlooking the charming old tiled roofs of the village. The main village has a large market on Tuesday, glasses of chilled rosé Cotes de Provence and aromatic coffee can be enjoyed at the pavement cafes beneath the shade of grandiose plane trees. Sit down to tasty Provencal fare in the balmy moments of evening. Situated within easy reach of the Verdon Canyon and the French Riviera Cote d'Azur (St Tropez). Local produce Cotes de Provence wine or olive oil. Motorway exit is at Brignoles, superb golf at Barbaroux near Brignoles designed by Pete and PB Dye (25 minutes) or Nans les Pins (one hour) or at le Muy (a short distance from here).

  • This weekly price of 2.800 euros July and August is including everything, the linen, the electricity, the cleaning up and the maid for the maintenance of the house once a week. The security deposit of 600 euros is given back at departure if broken things are replaced. The shopping for the Sunday can be ready for your arrival if requested. If you bring your dog place 100euros on top of the ental forteh cleaner .

The weekly maid is coming once a week for the maintenance of the house if rental more than 1 week, she is doing as well the cleaning up at the end of your stay. And if you require her for ironing or more service it is possible, she is attached to this property since a long time. When you arrive your beds are made and everything is ready for your arrival.

A lot of activities such as canoeing are possible on the rivers here or nearby or the huge lake of Ste Croix ( 30minutes) , tennis court at day or night time can be booked at the village center, climbing is possible at Chateauvert (15 minutes), walking.You will enjoy swimming in such a large pool, diving in, or having at the property a game of Petanque or playing ping pong on a tennis table.

There are in the Var country over 12 Championship golf Courses. Nearest international airports are TOULON, NICE or MARSEILLE . Car necessary.
