Casetta sul Fiume is a cosy 2-room-flat in a vintage house by the river, just a stone's throw from the lake and the city centre, consisting of: sitting-room with double sofa bed and cooking area, bathroom with shower and bedroom with double bed. Accommodation for 3 adults or 2 adults with 2 children. Please note that the flat's about 50 m² and the ceiling height is 205 cm. Pets are welcome. Free parking place just by the house. Mini market, bar with tennis courts just 20 m from the house. By the lake, just 150 m from the flat, there is a swimming-pool with restaurant and possibility of renting boats and touristy kayak. Free bikes for our guests. Please note: cycling path only 5 minutes ride from the flat. Casetta sul Fiume is situated in Verbania, only 30 km away from Switzerland and surrounded by Lake Maggiore. From Verbania you can easily reach Lake Mergozzo, Lake Orta, Stresa and Borromean Islands and many other tourist attractions. To be rented throughout the year.

Verbania is a tourist area by Lake Maggiore, only 30 kilometres from Switzerland. There is the possibility of visiting beautiful ancient villas and their parks such as: Villa Taranto (Botanic Garden) and Villa Pallavicino (Park with animals), the 3 Borromean islands with their palaces and gardens, Lake Mergozzo and the romantic Lake Orta. For mountain lovers there are beautiful places just like: Macugnaga (Monte Rosa), Mottarone (above Stresa), Alpe Veglia and Alpe Devero (Natural Parks). Street local market during the whole week from Sunday to Saturday: Sunday: Cannobio (morning), Monday: Baveno (morning), Tuesday: Arona (morning), Wednesday: Luino (all day) Orta San Giulio by Lake Orta (morning), Thursday: Omegna by Lake Orta (morning), Friday: Stresa (morning), Verbania Pallanza (morning), Saturday: Verbania Intra (all day) and Domodossola (all day). From July to September there are several classical and jazz music concerts in Verbania, Baveno and Stresa (Settimane musicali).

Alle Angaben im Inserat haben gestimmt. Das Domizil war sauber und gepflegt, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefuehlt. Ganz neue Einrichtung mit gut ausgestatteter Kueche, Gasherd, grosser Kuehlschrank.
Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr freundlich, wir fühlten uns gut betreut. Gut war die Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor dem Haus. Fussweg zum Lago 2-3 Minuten, suesser kleiner Einkaufsladen direkt im Haus. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gab es auch im Ort.



Wir wuerden jederzeit wieder hinfahren und es Freunden weiterempfehlen.
