Surrounded by a wide oak-park the villa is located on the plateau of Monte Rado in unspoilt countryside, 600 meters above sea level, in an excellent position between the lake of Bolsena (4 km), Montefiscone (10 km), Orvieto (18 km), Civita of Bagnoregio (5 km). The villa includes a wide hall, breakfast room and bathroom on the ground floor; four bedrooms, living-room, three bathrooms and balconies on the first floor. Outside there is a big portico looking onto the garden with swimming-pool. The villa offers absolute privacy however it is near to the small inhabited center and the government road for Orvieto that are situated only 400 meters under the hill. The private road that climbs in the wood of oaks for 200 meters is paved to cement.

When the heat in Orvieto and Rome is sultry, in this place, to 600 meter above sea level, in the afternoon, there is always the breeze (the farmers of the place call this “sea breeze”).

Specific information:: The saloon on the ground floor of 70 m² is furnished with couches, tables and closet, big fireplace, angle cooking separated with wall, complete also of oven electric boxed, bath with ante-bathroom. All illuminated by two big windows and two big glass doors that look out upon on the arcade and on the garden. The arcade of 90 m² closed to north with glass door, to south has 7 arches covered of roses and jasmines, furnished with tables and chairs and a big proper ancient table for suppers with friends. The superior floor has four bedrooms and a stay with read couch. Three complete baths with shower. The rooms are furnished elegantly: the principal room–purple red, complete with bath and wardrobe -, the blue room, the room yellow Florentine style, the boys' room with two single beds on the side swimming pool. Balcony and terrace with view at park-valley. The villa is situated in a big park of oaks on the summit of a hill.
