Pretty and comfortable house with a charming decoration, very nice view, just next to a private forest where you can go for nice walks. 5 bedrooms, a large living-room(36m2) with a fire place and a large dining room(36m2) with also a fire place, very useful to cook meat during rainy days! Between Chinon,Ussé, Abbaye de Fontevraud, Azay-le-Rideau and Loches, at 35 mn from the Futuroscope. Very peaceful and quiet place, Fabulous for family holidays, cultural visits and great French wines degustations! Tennis, horse riding, swimming, canoe, golf, paint ball, karting and wine caves all around. Nice place for bike-riding along the edge of the Loire, the Vienne or the Indre river. Don't miss Crissay, very pretty village at 5 kms..
