Beautiful apartment, excellent located in the heart of Gothic area, in front of Liceu and Boqueria market. The apartment has a nice balcony with great views of Las Ramblas. Although the apartment is in the main heart of Barcelona, it is really quite. It is ideal for visiting the main places of Barcelona just walking from the apartment. At less than 5 minutes walking distance you can visit Liceu Opera house, the Boqueria market, Plaza Catalunya, Passeig de Gracia and gaudí houses, Colón monument, the Port, Plaza Reial, the Cathedral,... It is very well communicated by public transport, there is a metro station (Liceu) at only 1 minute to the apartment. Barcelona beaches are at 15 minutes walking from the apartment! There is a beautiful SOLARIUM in top part of the building where you can take your breakfast, relax drinking a glass of wine after an exciting day of sightseeing or just do sunbathe.

The apartment is in the most famous avenue of Barcelona, Las Ramblas, a lively, bohemian, charming avenue where you can enjoy just walking a lloking at different people from all over the world. It is the main center of Barcelona, ideal for visiting the city. All the main places are a walk distance of 5-10 minutes (The cathedral, Plaza Real, Liceo, Boqueria Market, Palau de la Música, all the Gothic area, the Port, Columbus monument, Gaudía buildings La Pedrera, Casa Batlló,...). Also Barcelona beaches are only at 20-25 minutes walking distance.

Nice and excellent located apartment

The apartment is excellent located, indeed just opposite the Boqueria market (which offers an impressive range of delicious fresh products), bright, clean and fully equipped. There are plenty of opportunities for sightseeing with most of the main tourist attractions, shopping and every kind of restaurants and bars (from breakfast to dinner, from reasonably priced to expensive) in the areas close by the apartment within short walking distance. Even the beach is not far away. Public transport is very close as well, however there won't be much need of it due to the apartment's location. Despite its location on Las Ramblas, the apartement is very quite. Silvia was very helpful. If you want to discover Barcelona by foot and enjoy the evening in one of the mearby restaurants, this apartment will certainly be an excellent recommendation.

The location is extraordinary, wow!

Luis + Silvia have been a pleasure to deal with both before when we booked and after when we stayed there.
Reasonable accessible for wheelchair + service dog.
Just one thing, a little bit of explanation on how to use the washing machine might be good :)
