This beautiful house, built on one single storey in the beginning of the 20th Century, is very charming. The beaches are at a 25 minutes walking distance, or 10 minutes away by car or by bus (which stops 3 min away from the house). A car park is available in the garden. Surrounded by beautiful properties and gardens, the house overlooks a small and quiet street in the Europe district. The villa has been entirely renovated by a designer. In front of the swimming-pool, there is a shady terrace, and an outdoor dining area. Inside, it consists of a dining-room and a living area with sitting for 8 persons. There are also two large bedrooms with double bed, one of them leading to a balcony. Another bedroom is at garden level, with two twin beds, a sofa-bed and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are separate toilets.

In this seaside town the sandy beach, which stretches along 8 km, is one of the most beautiful beaches of the Côte d’Azur (French Riviera). You will find public or private beaches, with magnificent gastronomical restaurants. You can easily go the Lerins Islands, 20 minutes away by boat. From Cannes, it is possible to go and visit St Tropez by boat as well. You will find luxury shopping in the area. Cannes is the capital of the cinema, and hosts congresses all the year : MIDEM, MIPIM, MIP TV, International Film Festival, International Advertising Festival, Fireworks Festival, MIPCOM, Tax Free…Visit Grasse, the town of the perfume industry (15 km away), Nice and its museums and its old town (30 km away), and Monaco, the Grimaldi's Palace, the Casino etc. From Cannes, you can go to Italy within an hour. And do not forget hinterland, with its Provencal villages, its gastronomy and the wines grown in the area.
