The recently renovated appartment is on the first floor of an authentic townhouse with blue shudders overlooking the port of l'Estaque, at the west end of the bay of Marseille, the view is magic and the decoration lovely. L'Estaque has a lovely church overlooking the bay and offers all the necessary services and shops (doctors, dentists, banks, post office, restaurants, foodshops etc). It has three little beaches, sailing clubs, a diving club, a rowing club etc There are riding clubs, creeks and sea resorts nearby.

The apartment on the first floor of an authentic townhouse overlooking he port of l'Estaque, at the west end of the bay of Marseille. It can be reached by train (the TGV takes three hours from Paris to Marseille, then a local train takes ten minutes from the Saint Charles station to the Estaque), by plane (The Marseille Provence airport is twenty minutes from l'Estaque) or by car (the highway 55 connects with the A7). A car facilitates the exploration of the region (Provence, Luberon, Camargue...) and its main sites (Aix, Arles, Avignon, Cassis, Gordes, Nimes, Orange etc)...but the Côte bleue , its beaches and cricks, and the Côte d'Azur can be reached by train (TER). L'Estaque has a lovely church overlooking the bay and offers all the necessary services and shops (doctors, dentists, banks, post office, restaurants, foodshops etc). It has three little beaches, sailing clubs, a diving club, a rowing club etc There are riding clubs and sea resorts nearby (5 to 10 kms).

Normally, arrival takes place on Saturday after 4 PM and departure takes place on Saturday before 11 AM but arrangements can be made with the person who is in charge locally. The flat will be occupied by the persons who have signed the lease and will not be sublet. No more than 6 persons will occupy the flat. The flat will be left in good condition. The occupants will create no nuisance or destruction.
