Detached villa with 2 independent floors, 6 double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms. Very agradable villa full equiped. Villa renovated between 2008 and 2009. From the terrace of the swimming pool, you will enjoy of the beautiful sea view. Swimming pool of 9x4,5m. Protected swimming pool with sliding barrier. However we can put out the barrier on demand or if the renting is only with adults. All comfort to live outside : full equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, dishwasher), barbecue, bar... Pergola to eat with shadow. You will have nice holidays in the Villa 'l'EDEN', to enjoy the good climate of Spain. We don't accept group of young people less than 25 years old. In 2 bedrooms you will enjoy the stunning view from the beds !! The car park for 2 cars is shaded, the others can park at 70m. Price from 19 euros per day and per person.
