Our friendly dedicated staff will assist you in making your holiday experience the best. Your personal cook/housekeeper will prepare and cook your meals daily at NO extra cost you only pay for your groceries. We have a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living & dining area (31ft x 20ft), with large air conditioned bedrooms. Full size swimming pool.   • PRICES ARE BASED UPON 4 PEOPLE SHARING A SMALL SUPPLEMENT WILL BE ADDED FOR ANY ADDITIONAL GUESTS.
    There is a safe for your sole use at no additional cost, all taxes are included in the price.

    PAYMENTS: We accept Bank Wire Transfers to our account and PayPal payments.
  • DEPOSITS: Reservations are confirmed on a first-come first-served basis. A 25% deposit is required to confirm the booking. Your reservation request will be confirmed by us within 24 hours of your submission. Once we have received your reservation form and deposit, we also confirm your stay by issuing you with a confirmation receipt by email/post. This receipt will be sent to the party leader. Please check this receipt carefully as soon as you receive it. Contact us immediately if any information which appears on the confirmation or any other document appears to be incorrect or incomplete.
  • The balance is due 6 weeks before travel. If the reservation is made less than 30 days prior to the start of the reservation period, the entire amount is due immediately. A complimentary meal is available upon arrival for all our guest staying for 7 nights or more. Your personal cook/housekeeper will clean the villa and cook your meals as and when required. She can prepare a wide variety of dishes ranging from Jamaican, European and USA. There is NO additional cost for this service, you only have to pay for your groceries. Anything you desire your cook will be happy to serve you. All food is made to order with many choice specialities such as the island famous Ackee and Salt Fish. When you arrive at your villa you can let your cook know your culinary preferences. This will help her in planning your menu(s) and selecting seasoning's for cooking methods.


    The villa has a safe which guest can use at no extra cost.

Notes: There are laundry facilities on the complex for your personal laundry, your housekeeper will happily undertake these duties for a small fee. The cost of the wash tokens is approximately $400 JMD for a wash & dry. There are sun loungers with tables and chairs by the poolside. We will be happy to assist you with any vehicle hire and/or airport transfer request you may have. There is an Internet cafe on Main Street, that is approximately a 10 minute walk away. Smoking is permitted on the gazebos.

Spacius and comfortable hill top apartment.
Wonderful vista over lagoon from gazebo.
Friendly and helpful maintenance staff and housekeeper,good food prep.
Central and convenient for island tours.
Secure development with patrols.
Music from downtown nightclub revellers can be a nuisance,in early hours.
Clive and Jenny are very helpful and communicative.
.Car hire! do'nt bother, use taxis,safer, cheaper,no risks,driver will also be your trustworthy and honest guide.
.Sea food,fruit and veg, all local delicious and fresh.
.Restaurants, variety and good.
.ATMs Good.
.Supermarkets, good.
.Jamaica is a beautiful island, we found all people we met happy, warm and friendly, can't do enough for you. Many friends were made in our 7 week stay.
.Never forget experiences. Rafting Rio Grande. Rafting /swimming Blue lagoon. Dunns river falls. YS falls. Green Grotto caves. Firefly. Goldeneye and many more. Good golf at Upton/Sandals, very friendly. My wife and I loved this holiday very much,we are active senior citizens.
Lovely beaches at Mahogany, Reggae beach and Ocho Rios. Walk downtown 10 mins, walk back too steep,take taxi $4/£2.50 approx

Absolutely Fantastic

Our family of 5 stayed at the Villa Serenity for Christmas 2008 and New Year and had a brilliant time! The villa is very clean and spacious and located near the beach, shops, bars etc. Clive is knowledgeable about Jamaica and was more than helpful with the many queries that we had. Jenny is very prompt with paperwork and replying to emails.

Nancy cooked anything and everything we wanted and offered to do more. We always returned back to a clean and tidy villa. Bruce was very helpful and regularly popped in to say hello.

The villa is located on a steep hill, but you can make it easier on yourself by using the stairs or alternatively take a taxi for approximately 300 Jamaican Dollars.

We cannot wait to return back to Ocho Rios and will definitely be contacting Jenny and Clive to stay at Villa Serenity again.

Myself and 2 friends have recently returned from a 2 week vacation staying at Villa Serenity. During the booking period, we liaised with Clive who was extremely pleasant, informative and explained the booking process in detail. The paperwork came promptly and the whole process was completed speedily and efficiently. The villa was absolutely beautiful; even more so than in the pictures which in particular do not show how large it is. One of the best things about the stay was the lovely staff and it was brilliant to have a cook on hand at no extra cost. The location was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We have no hesitation recommending this outstanding villa. Len

We spent October 7th through the 14th 2008 at the most lovely villa. The pictures of the villa does not do it any justice, it has all of the amenities of home. I strongly recommend this to anyone who wants to stay at a beautiful villa overlooking the carribean sea, at a very affordable price. it is very private, and within walking distance to the heart of the city, everythiing you could need is right in town. its close to everything. The owners are just terrific. information was provided up to the day we left. the only thing is the villa is located on a very steep hill but please don't let this not deter you from renting so a beautiful place, just catch a taxi down at the end of the hill

We had the best first experience of Jamaica in this house. Helen was the best cook and has a good sense of humor like almost all jamaicans. The view from the house is absolutely stunning. Our guide took us to some 'lookout points' but the view from our own diningtable was better! The silence was amazing, the pool perfect, the house was huge and had everything we needed and more! Thanks!!
