This house renovated in 2006 is a nice combination between modern and typical style. Built on 3 levels, level 1 consists in a very large dining, living and kitchen (50 sq meters) with large door-window opening to the garden. The garden is small but with a view on other gardens making the place very quiet. The level 2 consists in 3 bedrooms: one old style large bedroom for 2 persons , 2 bedrooms for children , 1 bathroom with WC. In the level 3 you ll find one mezzanine, 1 bedroom with shower and WC, and 30 sqm terrace with sea view.
