Located between the Avenue de la Plaine, which leads directly to downtown (15 minutes on foot, 5 minutes by bus or bicycle) and the Avenue de France, which leads directly to the lake. 2 shopping malls nearby, with all shops daily useful, are at 3 minutes on foot. 5 minutes also from the Station, the highway Lyon-Geneva-Chamonix, and the new hospital. And nevertheless in a neighborhood of villas, with many gardens, very quiet, with easy parking.
