17th century farmhouse renovated to a high standard. Authentic Provence experience, 12 miles from Avignon festival, 5 miles from the coast and St Rémy, 6 miles from Camargue. Laurade farmhouse is on the site of the Laurade Templars' commandership and this history has been taken into account during the restoration e.g. note the beautiful door (1612) original stone window casements. Décor + furniture are in keeping with the house. Yet the house also has all the mod-cons: heating, ventilation and Provencal style kitchen with fridge/freezer, 2 ovens, dishwasher, washing machine + dryer. 4 bedrooms with en suites, all furnished in Provencal or American style. Finally the garden: stone wall, lighting, sprinkler system, olive trees, fruit trees + a grove providing much needed shade. Private pool secured by an electric roll-back cover + child-proof gate. Pool house with wooden furniture. The farmhouse unites authenticity and comfort for your enjoyment..
