The house is located between Santa Margalida (North Majorca) and Can Picafort. It is ideal for those who want to enjoy calm - thanks to its rural location, only 6 km to the sea. Vernissa is a Majorcan style cottage with a swimming pool and a private garden surrounded by trees and bushes that provide an enjoyable shade. Deck chairs, a sunshade, chairs, a table and an outdoor shower are provided. The house consists of two floors. On the ground floor you will find a living room with Sat-TV, a dining room with a beautiful wood table for 12 persons, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed. On the first floor you will find 2 bedrooms, each with two beds and WC. A kitchen, a wood-burning stove and a BBQ are independent from the house. Here you can have dinner al fresco. Washing machine, iron, microwave, toaster, Sat-TV, etc. are available in the house.

Wir haben vom 9.8.-23.8.2009 das Haus mit drei Kindern gemietet. Es war einfach nur grossartig. Die Ausstattung der Villa und der angrenzenden Objekte laesst keine Wuensche offen. Angefangen von Kerzen fuer die Romantik, ein paar Gesellschaftsspielen, dt. und engl. Buechern, Zwieblen die im Garten geerntet werden koennen, Waescheleine, qualitativ hochwertiger Handtuecher, sowie ueber eine Unmenge an mallorquinischem Geschirr bis hin zur Paellapfanne.
Der Pool wird taeglich gesaeubert und ist wunderschoen und auch in der groessten Hitze eine echte Abkuehlung.
Das Ambiente ringsherum ist sehr ruhig. Man kann in Richtung Sueden die Silhoutette von Santa Margalida und in Richtung Westen die Auslaeufer des Tramuntagebirges beim Sonnenuntergang bewundern. Mit dem Auto ist man in 10 Minuten an den Straenden von Can Picafort oder denen von Muro. Das Treffen mit dem Vermieter zur Schluesseluebergabe war unheimlich nett.
Alles in allem grossartig und weiter zu empfehlen, insbesondere auch mit Kindern.
