This house, which can be rented all year round thanks to its air-conditioning, heating and fireplace, towers above the Bay of Rosas at a height of 250m. Two large terraces with views of20the sea and mountains. Very peaceful and yet close to the town and beach. The owners live in the neighbouring house.

17km from Figueras (Dali museum), 50km from Girona (airport servicing low-cost airlines Ryanair and Transavia), approx. 20km from Cadaques and 100km from Barcelona. Ideal for exploring Catalonia. Numerous celebrations throughout the year: The Flower celebration in Girona, Easter and in particular Good Friday in Girona, etc...
