Recently constructed one bedroom apartment with a large terrace in a very quiet and secure residence, facing the Mediterranean with the Esterel massif to the rear.
Ideal for lazing on the beach (15 ' on foot) and hikes in the Esterel (forest entrance near the residence).
A car is essential.
Pets not accepted.
No smoking, except on the terrace.
Sheets and linen are not supplied.

2°) After availability has been confirmed, please send a cheque of 200 euros as a deposit to secure your booking. Provided the apartment is left in a good state and clean, this cheque will be returned after your departure.
