Villa near a village with all amenities situated on the border of the Drôme Provençale at the end of a road through lavender fields which whose scent will pervade your summer evenings.There is a small waterfall under the pine trees whose will murmur will provide a restful accompaniment to your meals on the covered terrace. To make the most of the sunset all you need to do is step out onto the terrace or pause for a moment on the edge of the pool. We can send more photographs on request..

  • Reservation deposit : 30% of the rental price.
  • Cleaning fee included : please enquire with property owner for details.
  • Rental for one week varies between 800 to 1800 euros (according to the season) prices include cleaning, sheets and pillowcases which are provided. When you book we will ask for a deposit of 30+y bank transfer or cheque, a Bank Identity Statement will be included with your contract. Payment should be made within 10 days.The balance should be paid two weeks before arrival. If there are less than fourteen days between the signing of the contract and the date of arrival, then the entire cost of the rental should be paid immediately and only by bank transfer. A damage deposit of 500 euros is to be paid on occupation of the property and will be returned on the day you leave after the premises have been checked. During the period between the October and April (logically) heating will be turned on and there will be an extra charge of 100 euros per week for fuel..

In the evenings you will have use of a television with DVD and a stereo system. There are deckchairs for you to relax on by the pool. You can eat your barbecues on our terraces, each one fitted with a table that seats up to 12 people. For your children there is a small house underneath the pine trees where they can act out their fantasies.
