During summer

The property is right in front of the lake and during summer time you can enjoy a number of water sport facilities , near by you have golf course and horse riding. Also the centre of Lugano is very close by where you can enjoy nice promenade or fine shopping in Via Nassa. The property is at 30 minutes driving to Lake Como Italy and 45 minutes to Milan where you could enjoy culture, shopping and fine restaurants.

During Winter

the property is also suitable during winter because is close by to st. Moritz for skiing ( about 1 hour and 30 minutes driving) so it could be a good compromise to enjoy lake lugano and also enjoy the winter skiing resort
