This apartment is in a fantastic location next to Avenue Jean Medecin and the shopping district. Nice Etoile Commercial Centre is around the corner and you%?9re well connected transport wise being a 10 minute walk from the train and bus stations and the tram is a few moments away. The Old Town, beach and promenade are a 15 min walk away. The surrounding streets are peppered with gorgeous restaurants and bars so you%?9ll find this a very cosmopolitan area to stay with the tourist hotspots within easy walking distance. The cosy and practical traditional style fitted kitchen is well equipped and has a 4 ring gaselectric hob, electric oven, microwave large fridge freezer, washer dryer and many extra appliances such as a blender and toaster. The lounge area has a comfortable bed sofas. The large oak dining room table seats 6. There is also a desk area with a personal computer with internet access available to use at your leisure.
