Located in a small residence of 3 accommodations, quiet, south-facing, the apartment is about 25sqm and can welcome 2 to 4 persons. Newly renovated, it is in perfect condition and nicely decorated. The walls are white, ceiling and wall beams, parquet floor. The entrance is directly in the living room which has: a sofa bed, coffee table and seats; high folding table; television; radio - CD player; stools in front of the bar which hides the kitchen area. This one is very functional and it is composed of: a dish washer, fridge and hot plates, multifunction oven, all the necessary crockery, coffee machine, toaster, kettle. The bedroom and the bathroom are separate.

This small residence is in Dieppe, immediately close to the marina, in a location named "Ile du Pollet", because it is located between the 2 bridges of the town, However, it is not necessary to use one of the bridges to go on site. The road is very quiet, one-way, south-facing, and there is not problem of parking, which is free. From here, easy walking distance to take the car-ferry to England; to go to the railway station, to join the other bank and its numerous restaurants, the pedestrian street and its shops, and of course the beach and its thalasso, its casino, etc.

  • Whatever the number of persons, the rental rate is the same. After a reservation demand, we send you a contract which has to be returned and signed with the 25 percent deposit in order to confirm the reservation. This amount can be paid by bank cheque, holiday vouchers or bank transfer. You have to pay the balance on site, after having seen the places. From November to March, electricity is in additional charge: meter-reading at arrival and departure. The tourist tax is 0.70 Euros per person and per day for children over 13.
