This comfortable penthouse apartment is in a tranquil south facing setting overlooking the pool and well maintained gardens. The apartment is furnished to a high standard and benefits from air conditioning-heating-cable TV, DVD, Cd player, spacious lounge-kitchen and two double bedrooms one en-suit and main bathroom, the main lounge leads out to a lovely spacious veranda overlooking the pool. The kitchen is well fitted and includes all mod cons dishwasher-microwave-etc. The El Presidente complex is a well established urbanisation situated in a prime location along the Marbella-Estepona coastline the apartment is just three minutes stroll to the beach and chiringuitoes. The complex has eight tennis courts and two enclosed golf practice areas which are free to apartment occupants. Puerto Banus is just five minutes drive away and Marbella main town centre fifteen minutes. The nearest golf course Atalaya old and new are just three minutes away with many more within ten minutes drive.
