It enjoys a privative swimming pool 9x4,5 meters with sight and a closed Mediterranean garden. The villa is peaceful and well located, a small kilometre away from the village. She(It) is very sunny and the main room is very brilliant thanks to very large glass windows which look directly onto the balcony and a big tiled terrace.

The villa is in a small kilometre by foot from the village of Cabris, perched and very picturesque high village. The village offers all the essential products (bakeries, press, minimarket, several restaurants, Post office, tennis, tourist information office). Grasse and Peymenade are very close and have supermarkets. The villa dominates a very clear sight. A wide peripheral balcony makes the tour and allows to take advantage of it. Perched as an eyrie, Cabris displays in a range of old houses snuggled up around the ruins of the feudal castle. The esplanade of the castle offers an exceptional panorama on the Var and Italy which really deserves your bend! By trailing round you in Cabris, you will meet artists and creative craftsmen working the wood of olive tree, shaping stained glasses, or still decorating the small Christmas crib figures of Provence.

Then all the rooms are on the same level. The private swimming pool (9 x 4,5 m) possesses a fence secured for the children. The terrace lines the house on the South and on the West - The sights are exceptional towards the sea and towards the village. The garden is closed by an electric gate. The car park is possible for two or three cars. The garden furniture is comfortable. The barbecue works with gas.
