Located on the third floor a typical building of the old Nice, this flat overlook the heart of Nice : The Garibaldi Square. This Square is situated at 100 m from the harbour and beaches, by the "Antiquaires" area, and the Old City with its typical restaurants, thearters, bars,and markets. Te flat is also very close to the Modern Art Museum, the National Thearter, the Opera,and Acroplolis. You can walk to the swimming pool, the Ice skating bowl, and the bowling center, a movie theater. All kinds of shops and and several small supermarkets can be found around the Garibaldi Square, as well as restaurants and bars, among which the famous "Bar des Oiseau" and "café de Turin" (seafood restaurant). From the bottom of the flat, the tram can drive you to the train station, the casino, Jean Medecin avenue, Massena Square,... If you have a car, you can park at the bottom of the flat, on Garibaldi Square, or in the two public parkings nearby.
