San Fabiano a private villa, on a wine estate in the Arbia valley near Siena, where you can attend a cookery class, take a walk among the sunflowers, or ride with our mountain bikes, enjoy horse-riding, trekking, golf, tennis, hot springs and a lot of typical restaurants and "trattorie".

There is a large common room with a kitchen, fireplace, piano, HI-FI set, home cinema, billiards and dining table (seats 24).

If you do not wish to rent a whole villa, but just a holiday apartment, San Fabiano can offer you different sizes of suites accommodating from 2 to 6 people, each one with a living-room and a kitchen. 50 m2
Apartment for 2+2 people: one bedroom suite with king size bed, with wonderful view on the Arbia valley, bathroom with shower and jacuzzi, living-room with two single sofabeds and kitchenette with stove, fridge, water boiler.
