The Villa is composed of 3 houses attached to each other, and facing a large garden bordering the river Lima. The Annexe is the lovely independent house to the left. You will have access to the common garden and the river.

Just next door are the Mirafiume Tennis courts. The municipal swimming pool is within walking distance. A good supermarket can be reached in two minutes walking. The village of 'La Villa' has several good restaurants and stores.

The Annexe has 2 stories, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (1 with a bath, 1 with a shower, 1 with only WC and sink), a kitchen, a dining room and a large sitting room with a fireplace. The annexe has direct acess to the garden. Accommodation is for 5 people (one single room, two double). Bed sheets, blankets and towels are provided. The house has recently renovated the electrical and heating system and also two bathrooms. The house has 2 stories, three bedrooms (one single room and two double rooms), three bathrooms (one with a bath, one with a shower and one with only WC and sink), a kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room with a fireplace.

It has its own garden, as well as direct access to the large private park of the villa and to the river.

A satellite TV and internet connection (ADSL639kbps) are also included.

The house has an efficient heating system for the cold season. Payment for the heating will be paid separately, based on the gas used.
