Casa Mataro is located in the quiet urbanisation of the Montgo, at only 500m2 from the old town of Javea and approx 5km from the sandy beaches. The villa has a surface of 200m2 and has lots of charme. The interior consist of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen (with washing machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave), 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a very large covered terrace. The garden of 2000m2 is entirely fenced and comprises a large private swimming pool of 9m x 5m, different terraces with garden chairs, multiples sunbeds, and a barbecue. The villa is located at the end of a small road, it has a lot of privacy and is very quiet.
