Loro Ciuffenna village dates from the time of the Etruscans, who inhabited Tuscany before the rise of the Roman Empire. The existing village is largely medieval, with stone houses and small narrow streets impossible for cars, Romanic churches, an old watermill and a typical medieval bridge. In modern times excellent restaurants have opened in and nearby the village and Loro Ciuffenna's unique ice cream is famous for miles around!
The house is located in the centre of the village, it is a medieval building which has been recently restored.
In total the apartment is 100 square metres, made up from a spacious lounge, a master bedroom, a twin bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a charming bathroom.
The house has all modern facilities: a washing machine, a TV and digital decoder, fridge, a microwave oven, etc. and along the very close village's stone paved main street, you can find a good range of small shops.
All the windows give onto a breathtaking view of the green Arno valley.
