Casa Lluca is located in a quiet urbanisation at only 500 meters from the Golf Course and approx 4km from the center of town and the sandy beaches. The villa has a surface of 140m2 and consist of a living room (with satelite TV), a fully equipped kitchen (with washing machine, oven and microwave), 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large covered terrace. The garden is entirely fenced and has a surface of 1000m2. It comprises a large private swimming pool of 10m x 5m, different sunbeds, parasols, an outside kitchen with barbecue, an outside toilet and shower.
