Nice wooden house on its own private plot of land of 700 m2, directly situated on the coast with far reaching sea views and direct access to the beaches. The house offers on the ground floor a large living room with well equipped large open plan kitchen, a WC, a bathroom and 2 bedrooms. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms on the seaside with a balcony, a third bedroom and a large shower room with WC. On the seaside there's a large wooden terrace with all kind of garden furniture and a grass garden. On the other side of the house there's a stone courtyard. The garden is completely fenced and it's possible to park your car at the courtyard or on a private parking outside the walled courtyard.

The house is situated at the outskirts of the pretty fishermens village of Grandcamp-Maisy. The house is situated on its own private grounds of 700 m2 (completely fenced and walled) within a large estate with electric gates. The grounds are bordered by the "falaises", offering superb sea views and with the possibility to acces directly the beach by the stairs. The house is situated within walking distance from the village center (with the shops) and the harbour. A few kilometers further away, you'll find the famous "Point du Hoc" and on both sides there're the landing beaches. The well known and pretty town of Bayeux is situated at only 28 kilometers, the closest town is Isigny-sur-Mer, famous for its diary products (creams) and caramels!

  • Advance payment : 30% of the rental price.
  • We have 4 different prices for the different periods of the year. On top of the price, you have to pay fees for cleaning (40 euros), changing of the beds (5 euros per bed), local toursit tax and electricity. If you want to book for more weeks, we're willing to make you a special offer. We always ask a deposit of 30 (together with the signed contract) and the balance has to be paid 10 days before you'll arrive in Grandcamp-Maisy.
