This beautiful cottage has an Open Space (100 sq), with a comfortable furniture with living / dining room, fire place, double bed, two single beds, 1 bathroom with bathtub, outside kitchen (with a barbecue area for your outside meals). The Swimming Pool has 10x 5 meters, The garden has a nice lawn area. There is also a playground for children, close to the pool. Sleeps up 4 people. (Eventually we can accommodate plus 2 children). The living room leads to the exterior patio where you can enjoy your outside meals. The garden has 4000 sq and is fenced by walls. Casa Carloina is located in a quiet area of Colares (Banzao), Sintra, Lisbon Coast. The local beaches are only 5 min. drive (Praia Grande beach and Praia das Macas beach). The Golf Course (Penha Longa, Beloura Golf and Quinta da Marinha Golf) are half an hour drive. Estoril, Cascais, Mafra and Libon centre are also half an hour drive. The touristic tramway line has one stop close to the villa (50 meters). amt+

Casa Carolina is located in Colares, Sintra, Lisbon Coast, on a quiet area of Banzao (week-end houses). The touristic tramway line (since 1990) has one stop in front of the house. Close to the villa you will find some restaurants, supermarket and little shops. Also, The 'Adega de Colares' with the special wine tastes is only 500 meters from the villa. Also, you will find some banks, 5 min. walk. The Colares Church is only 10 min. walk where on Sundays 11 AM the local people pray for their family. The surf lovers can enjoy all year in Praia Grande beach (only 5 min. drive). Others sandy beaches as Guincho Beach and Cascais Beach are only 20 min. drive. Some of the best monuments in the Sintra Hills can be seen from this nice villa and we invite you to visit them along the year. Roca Cap (western most point of our continent) can be reached in 10 min. drive. This lovely cottage is special for romantic people that prefer quiet locations and tourist atractions enjoying the regional meals.
