Photos and Description of this Monpazier holiday house

The 4 bedrooms house is located in the village, only 30 meters away from the lovely Cornieres Place, where the children and swallows play in the evenings. Both safe and quiet with a garden courtyard and garden, the house is regularly used by the owner's children and grandchildren. One storey high, well equipped and comfortable, (fuel central heating and unlimited hot water), it can accomodate 7 people. Orientation: East (street)West (garden) The ground floor, facing west looking on the garden, has a large independent kitchen with French windows, a living-sitting room with a double French window overlooking the garden, there is a fireplace in the sitting room, two sofas, an armchair, a television set . There is a WC with a wash-basin on the ground floor and 1 WC upstairs. The 4 rooms and 2 bathrooms lead onto a corridor upstairs. The attic is private.

  • On the first floor, a corridor leads onto the 4 bedrooms: two bedrooms face East overlooking the Saint Jacques street and two bedrooms face West onto the garden; 1 bedroom overlooks the street with 1 bed 1,40m, 1 bedroom overlooks the street with 2 twin beds measuring 0,90m, 1 bedroom overlooks the garden with a bed 1,40m and another bedroom overlooks the garden with 1bed 1,20m (a child?s cot with barriers is also available). Each bedroom has a cupboard with shelves and hanging space. The 4 bedrooms also contain bedside tables and lamps. It is very quiet at night.
