This ideal townhouse set in the gated community of Terra Verde in a quite cul-de-sac. Yet less than two minutes from the clubhouse across the lakes fishing bridge with all amenities. The houses rear yard south facing is enclosed in mesh making it free from all flys bugs and mosquitos allowing you to able to make use of it well into the evening. With a spar bath and looks over the lake giving you privacy. The lounger chairs, table, chairs and sun brolly gives you the ability to sunbath or relax in the shade. The House itself is Fitted with all of today facilities. Ceiling fans in all rooms TV in all of the bedroom. The lounge boats a 52 inch TV for your enjoyment. A fully fitted kitchen. In-house laundry and ample bedding, towels supplied.

This was an excellent base for our 2 week holiday in Florida. The accomodation was clean and well maintained and had everything required for a family enjoying a vacation. The outdoor hot tub was an added bonus to relax in after hours spent in theme parks! I would highly recommend.

You cannot go wrong with this rental. Check in was a breeze and the townhouse is spacious, clean and beautiful. We are a family of 6, kids aged 3,6,12,15 and there was room for everyone and more. It has 3 bathrooms and a seperate laundry room! It's a short walk across the bridge to the clubhouse and pool. The kids enjoyed all the amenities and I enjoyed the tiki bar! It's a quick drive to Disney, Universal, Walmart, outlet shops and numerous restaurants. It's definitely got my two thumbs up! Thanks Duncan!!

House was amazing, we all loved the complex, the house has every thing you need for your holiday.
Perfect setting, the lake was lovely.
House very quiet and just perfect!

Only grumble was we have never stayed any where where we have had to strip beds etc and put all bedding in to be washing machine with all the towels and turn on!!Being as we left very early in the morning to go to Key Largo found all that a bit of a hassle!

But overall the house was wonderful and would recomened to all looking at this area of Florida....

Perfect location - lovely complex

We absolutely loved the location, and the complex of Terra Verde was really nice. We had no trouble finding it from the directions we were given, and on arrival were so pleased with our choice. The property was fantastic, we loved the courtyard with the hot tub and lovely view of lake, it was so peaceful too. Inside, the house was lovely throughout and we had good nights sleep on comfortable beds. The location was perfect, all the attractions were so easy to get to from here. Good communication and help from the owner, everything as described, and absolutely immaculate throughout. We would definately stay here again and 100% recommend it. We cannot fault it at all.

Great holiday

We have just spent a great 2 weeks in Florida. This townhouse villa was excellent! It was very easy to find, was in a great setting and felt very safe. The clubhouse and pool were a big hit with all of the family, a great place to spent the day or a few hours after a busy day at the parks. The owner was very helpful in arranging this accommodation and I would recommend this villa to friends amd would use it again. The villa is a 5 minute car ride to a hugh Wal-Mart, and nearby shops and restaurants. The villa had everything you could need, was very clean and air conditioner which was needed due to the hot weather.
