A good bookshop on the opposite boulevard. This bright 4th floor apt., renewed in 2008, has double orientation: bedrooms and lounge overlook a quiet street, kitchen and bathroom overlook the courtyard. Located in the heart of Paris on the Boulevard Magenta, a few metres from the subway, theatres, museums, cinemas, the Opera Bastille, the centre Georges Pompidou, Picasso museum, the business district (exchange) of the Opera and a few minutes walk from the Gare du Nord (Eurostar and Thalys) and Gare de l'Est ... The area is very lively, there are many shops (bakery, supermarkets, markets covered, pharmacy ...) as well as bars and restaurants. The area is very friendly and very nice. Good bookstore on the boulevard in front. This beautiful 4-room apartment, fully renovated in 2008, presents a double exposure. The rooms and stay out onto the streets calmer than the major boulevards and the kitchen and bathroom onto court.
