For added safety a smoke alarm has been fitted in the stairwell, don’t burn the toast!!
Smoking is permitted OUTSIDE to the front or back of house, not inside please.
A helpful house manager is close by to offer any advise on extra requirements you will need throughout your stay.
Further details: A deposit of 25% of the total fee is required to hold a booking.
For longer term advance bookings, full payment is required 6 weeks before holiday start date.
Conditions: A £100 refundable deposit is required on arrival for the event of any damages to property or contents.
Unfortunately refunds or cancellations cannot be made once full payment has been accepted, unless the agreed booking cannot be fulfilled by owners.
Key collection and access to the property is 1pm on the day of arrival and 10am on day of departure. Any times outside of these need to be agreed when booking with owner and only where possible.
We are back from our brief holiday in Cyprus and wanted to write you to tell you how satisfied we were with your house. The location was perfect for us and the house itself was exactly what we needed for this holiday. Carol was extremely helpful and welcoming (even bringing us supplies which were lacking in the house). We very much look forward to our next trip to Cyprus and to Pervolia in particular and to once again enjoy your house for another amazing holiday.
