At your disposal: 1 big garden where you can take advantage of a beautiful sun exposure, 2 terraces among which 1 covering and 1 sheltered balcony, 1 garden furniture with parasol, deckchairs and barbecue, a premises for skis or for cycles and an independent car park for several cars. Inside, you will arrange a living space of 67m ?, but especially beautiful volumes even in garret (classification 3 stars for 6 persons - prefectorial order N 8892009). The fully fitted kitchen is provided with a complete equipment (necessities of cooking, crockery, devices, toaster, coffeepot, traditional oven and oven with micro wave, washes dishes, refrigerator with a compartment freezer); a lounge with 2 sofas; a dining room with a Round Table with integrated extension lead.

Location: Gerardmer in France

In a residential area at the same time in quiet and close to the city center overhanging the lake, you will find the comfort necessary for your rest. The chalet is in the point of departure of numerous ballads. The nearness of the lake will allow you to take advantage of numerous nautical activities which can be supervised by the local clubs in summer and of pleasant walks along the water all year long. A free shuttle unless 1 km will take you on runs of alpine ski in winter, but you can also go by car within 10 min.   • The bathroom is at the first floor. You will find a shower, a piece of furniture 1 bowl, an electric towel dryer there and one washes linen.

In the floor: a vast mansard-roofed room with 2 simple beds, 2 heads with lamps and a chest of drawers. On the mezzanine, a sofa reads of type ?BZ? equipped with a true mattress. At disposal a bed baby of type reads umbrella. Beds possess a mechanism allowing to raise the head.
