In Aix en Provence in a quiet residential area, nothing opposite, in enclosed grounds of 2800 m2, surrounded by 100-year old oak trees, a 280 m2 Provençal country house with 5 bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own shower room. The triple living room (around 70 m2) opens onto a large south facing terrace and the pool. The 12 m by 5 m pool has wide steps that can be used for sunbathing at the western end. The non-enclosed pool is surrounded by a lawned area of around 1500 m2. A second 40 m2 terrace is sheltered by a pergola. Top of the range fittings. Don't hesitate to contact us by telephone or to ask for more photos.
