Villa Monterosi has been renovated to the highest standards whilst maintaining its ancient character and serenity. With 40 acres of olive groves, oak woods and fields full of wildflowers our villa is totally secluded and private. However only 15 minutes from the beautiful medieval walled town of Anghiari. This lovely Tuscan villa faces south across to Umbria, rolling hills and distant mountains. Sunlight floods into the rooms, all of which have gorgeous views. Yet despite its elevated position, the house is totally secluded and private. The ultimate holiday escape, with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a beautifully equipped kitchen, private swimming pool, Villa Monterosi is suitable for up to 8 people with extra fold out beds for kids. Families with little ones are very welcome at our villa. In the garden you will find lawns to play on, hammocks (if you can get there before the grown ups) and shady places with chairs and loungers if you don't want to be by the pool.

Assisi, Siena, Florence and many other beautiful and historic places are within one or two hours drive. You can enrich your holiday experience and be home in time for drinks on the terrace in the gold of the setting sun in Villa Monterosi for the unforgettable Tuscan holiday. Notes: The house is on three floors, on the middle floor is the kitchen/dining room and lounge area. In the kitchen you will find genuine terracotta floor tiles and marble worktops. The fitted kitchen is individually designed and craftsman-built in solid wood. Fully equipped with a dishwasher, 2 fridges, ceramic sinks, extra wide electric oven, 5-burner gas hob and Dualit toaster, plus anything else you could need on holiday, we feel we have provided everything for even the most exuberant chef. With its mellow stone wall-tiles, the kitchen is a lovely welcoming room to eat and relax in. Walk through either of the two arches into the lounge which has the stunning original Tuscan open fireplace. Here you can laze, read, watch TV, listening to music or enjoy good conversation and a bottle or two of our excellent local Tuscan wines: Chianti or Brunello to name but two.
