Because the great holidays are very important for us all, I propose to you my charming villa in the south of France. It profits from 95m 2 livable, 3 comfortable rooms, one charming and roomy shower-room to Italian, the WC independent and a very great stay includingunderstanding living room with immense settee with meridian, dining room with large table and great American kitchen very equipped with a central plan. The garden is southern full talk, the teak terrace is also very equipped and shaded by a wrought iron pergola. Any remainder, the déco, the household linen, bath and toilet, the products of first need and maintenance. The pretty swimming pool except teak ground, with modest but sufficient size, is very equipped with a filtration, an automatic robot and an external heating system. All is planned for holidays without concern and personalized. You will be able to use the garage as a storeroom and space wash-house equipped with the washing machine. Until the end of July my two cats go and come freely by the chattière, you can come with your animals if they do not devour my cats, the ground is closed. Do not hesitate to call me for all your questions. The villa is located at the entry of a good residential district, near to the trade and at 2 minutes to the centre town. Beaucaire is a very beautiful small city of the south, with its castle its spectacles, its tourist bureau and its listed monuments. the center offers all the conveniences and of very charming animated quays the summer allow you to also admire the boats and the terraces of coffees and restaurants. You will be acceuillis personally on your arrival in order to present the villa and all to you that it offers. You will be able to park your car on the carpark private and closed by automatic gate of the property, like two other vehicles right in front.
