Summer and Holiday Cottage Rental ideally situated in the heart of the beautiful French countryside. Independant and quite recently newly constructed with all modern comforts available. An ideal spot for experiencing and discovering the region which is located only half hour by car from Nîmes and Montpellier, cities rich in history and culture, but equally near to Les Cévennes, La Camargue and the Mediterranean coast. Large garden for getting fresh air and benefiting from the sunny regional weather which includes an exotic bird sanctuary and horses in the near vicinity making it especially ideal for children. Pets are very welcome as long as they are well kept and the area cleaned up after them. Perfect location for cycling and long walks with old villages in the area, rivers, Garrigue (Southern French typical scrubland), Capitelles (Former stone refuges built by sheperds), vineyards, olive groves... Souvignargues is also a Circulade which is a traditional Languedoc-Roussillon village that has been built in concentric circles. Come and enjoy our summer festival (in August) composed of several events with bulls and horses such as Abrivado, Enciero or Courses Camarguaises... The house is situated 3 minutes walking from the festival only ! From our house you can also enjoy the stunning terroir of the region as wine tasting and gastronomy. The house is extemely cool in summer, sympathetically and tastefully decorated.
