Detached house with pool in the south of France The house is in a quiet residential area in a village just west of Nimes. It is detached and was completed seven years ago. There is a sitting room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and toilet downstairs. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, bathroom and toilet. You can sunbathe around the pool at the front of the house. The kitchen leads directly onto a terrace which is partially covered and shaded in the afternoon. You can eat on the terrace in the morning and the evening but it is sometimes too hot at midday. The house and garden are surrounded by a wall, hedge and fence. The site covers an area of 650 square metres and the house 150 square metres. There is parking for two cars. The lavender, grape vines and other shrubs and flowers look marvellous but will die rather quickly if you do not water them! The pool needs to be cleaned.
