Restored farmhouse (140 m2) in the hills between San Dalmazio and the fortress of Silano.Horseback excursions abt. 2 km away. Beautiful views over the woods. Perfect peace and quiet. Partly enclosed and equipped grounds (2 ha.), partly wood and an olive tree grove ideal for going for walks. Parking. DISTANCES: 10 km Pomarance (various shops, sports facilities), 12 km Larderello (swimming pool), 30 km Volterra, 50 km Siena and the beaches at Marina di Cecina. 1st. fl.: dining room with fireplace and access (by a wooden staircase) to the attic made to be a lounge, kitchen (oven), 1 double bedroom, 2 twin bedded rooms, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 WC (with washbasin and bidet). Very simply furnished. Baby-beds available. LOCATION: 10 km Pomarance (various shops, sports facilities), 12 km Larderello (swimming pool), 30 km Volterra, 50 km Siena and the beaches at Marina di Cecina.
