Photos and Description of this Naples holiday house Sun Surf Heated Private Pool

We first want to welcome you to this house. Comfort and sun and white sandy beaches await you. We believe you will enjoy staying at our house as it has a large open plan living area with dining area and kitchen. Please see photo number 2. Two bedrooms have queen size beds, and one bedroom has twin beds. The master bedroom has its own bathroom and opens on to the fully heated swimming pool and barbecue area. There is a fully equipped second bathroom with shower and bathtub. The house is completely equipped for a perfect holiday and the kitchen is ideal for those evenings when you want to cook at home. The private swimming pool features a southern exposure which means sun all day. The pool is heated and compeletly screened in with invisible to the eye screening which provides safety and freedom from insects. There are 2 cable TV's, a VCR, CD player and a telephone. There is a garage and in it you will find 2 bicycles for your use. We look forward to your visit!

The house is 1 kilometre from two beautiful beaches. Vanderbilt Beach is trendy and Wiggins Pass is a natural beach. We provide a free parking pass to Wiggins Pass Beach. The house is walking distance to the shops and excellent restaurants. There is a discount shopping mall about 10 miles up on interstate 75 which is 5 kilometres away for those who like to shop.

Notes: Arrival is after 3:00 pm. The house is air-conditioned. The pool is heated to 86 degrees Fahrenheit, if this is not hot enough we ask for an additional $ 40 per week . The house is low allergen as we have installed air filters to help this. Also being allergic ourselves, no animals are allowed in the house. Local telephone calls are free but a phone card for any other calls is suggested. These can be purchased from any of the supermarkets, for instance Publix markets. Internet Access can be pre-arranged and costs $ 20.00. There is also a DVD.

Further information: Check in time is anytime after 3:00pm and check out time is no later than 11:00am on day of departure. In Season all rates are inclusive of rent, tax, utilities and cleaning. Off Season all rates are inclusive of rent, tax and utilities but Cleaning is extra @$125

Ein wunderschönes kleines Haus in Nord Naples, ruhig, sicher und doch zentral nahe der US41 gelegen. Naples, Fort Myers und der Airport sind gleichermaßen gut zu erreichen. Alles war, wie im Inserat beschrieben. Es gibt zahlreiche Einkaufs- und Essensmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Haus und Pool sind gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Kontakt zu den Vermieterinnen ist problemlos und sehr nett, die Übergabe völig unkompliziert. Toll ist der kostensparende Strandpass zum nahen Delnor-Wiggins-Statepark, einem schönen Strand in der Nähe. Wir kommen sicher gerne einmal wieder!
