Photos and Description of this Apt holiday house Old provencal mas fully renovated, sleeps up to 12 in in Luberon countryside

This is a fully renovated 18th century Mas. It has a 6 x 12 m pool, facing Grand Luberon, surrounded by vineyards and orchards. All rooms are renovated with Provencal tiles and ochre lavis. The living-room has a fireplace and large convertible sofa bed for 2 people. There are 5 bedrooms plus a convertible in the main house and 3 baths/showers. There is an independent small unit, open in summer and perfect for one or two teenagers, with a mezzanine bed, and contiguous to the main house with an independent access. The kitchen has electricity and gas cooker, refrigerator, dishwasher. Outdoor furniture, 2 bikes and BBQ are available. Post office, village store and café are in St. Martin. Apt is a well known Provencal market town, 7 km away, with supermarkets. Avignon and Aix are 50 minutes by car. There are many places to visit and hike from Menerbes to Gordes and Bonnieux. Horse riding is available 2 km away. Hiking is possible all around in the beautiful Luberon mountain scenery.

Saint Martin de Castillon is a lovely village on the hills facing the grand Luberon Mountain. The Mas is not in the village but in an hamlet named Les Cypriens on the D48 road coming from Apt the well known Provencal market and 3kms before Saint Martin. Les Cypriens faces a 360° scenery view both mountains and vineyards and Provencal hills. This is not in the hustle and bustle area of the Luberon, but close so that when you are tired of tourism you relax in Les Cypriens!
