  • Advance payment : 25% of the rental price.
  • The rates are indicated for the whole rental and for the maximum number of 8 people. Included in the linen rental (sheets, bathroom linen and house linen) and the final cleaning. You must pay the tourist tax in addition (0, 40 Euros per day and per people), the electric over consumption according to the meter (you can use 8 KWh per day; you must to pay the additional charge). If you wish, we provide a tray of wood for 12 Euros and at the end of the stay you can choose the option of the cleaning for 50 Euros. A deposit of 200 Euros upon booking is necessary (it means when we receive the signed contract), the balance is due at the arrival. A 300 Euros security deposit is required and refunded at the end of your stay.

The shower room at the first floor has a large shower and a teak bathroom unit with two basins. Each one of these two rooms is equipped with an electric towel rail and the bathroom linen is provided. Two toilets (one at the first floor, another one on the ground floor) are separated from the bathrooms.
