Each room faces South and opens on the private enclosed garden of the residence, planted with pink oleanders and a lemon tree. Very quiet and clear. 45 sq. m., 2 bedrooms, one sitting room, galley type kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet. Air conditioned. Electric heating. Accommodation is for 4 persons, 5 maximum . 5 minutes walking distance to food stores, shopping district and the picturesque Marché Forville (Forville Market). Distance to Cannes main railway station is ca. 600 meters ; to public garage Forville is ca. 100 m.
