We offer a spectacular new villa, with large private pool (7m x 3.5m x 1.6m), large secluded gardens, and panoramic uninterrupted views over a valley with vineyards to the mountains. It is 3k to the Mediterranean beach at Portiragnes Plage with its Blue Flag, and only 10k to Beziers city. It sleeps 6 with an additional sofa bed in lounge. The villa is kept cool by electric shutters on all doors and windows. There is air conditioning in 3 double bedrooms, heating, and a large 3.6m trampoline with protection in the garden overlooking the valley. The lounge contains a large screen TV with Satellite and DVD. A gardener maintains pool and gardens. There is a large outdoor table and chairs seating 12 adults with a poolside toilet and shower. The villa is on edge of small village of Portiragnes with usual shops ....supermarket...and restaurants. Village is beside the world famous Canal du Midi with its cruising boats. It is only 10 minutes drive to large supermarkets, 12 screen cinema, large choice of restaurants, bank, petrol station, shopping centres and local villages. There are lots of tourist attractions within 30 minutes drive. Ryanair flies directly from London and Bristol to Beziers Cap Agde airport which is only 3 km away. There are also direct flights from Paris with Airlinair. The village is only 1 hour from Carcassone Perpignan Montpellier airports, and only 2 hours from Toulouse and Girona airports. It is 10 minutes drive from the A9 motorway which links Montpellier (50 km) and Barcelona (250 km).
